HUnter Valley mindfulness Retreat
16-19 October 2022

THE RETREAT

While all Whole Hearted Medicine retreats focus heavily on guiding you towards mindful and sustainable self care in the busy world of medicine, this particular retreat does this with an emphasis on giving you the option of solitude or connection. Introverts and extroverts alike will love being able to be totally in control of your retreat experience at this stunning location.

With seven gorgeous acres of private grounds, bright sumptuous spaces for gathering and conversation as well as plenty of intimate, restful areas for quiet introspection. In this beautiful venue, you can join us with a group of friends and use this as a chance to catch up and connect in the pool or on the bocce court; or you can explore the grounds and take this opportunity to spend some time in quiet reflection.

Take a moment to pause and reconnect. This retreat is just the laid back escape you need to lay in the sun, read a book or have a nap on the pool lounge. Find yourself again and leave us feeling strong, healthy and rested.
